1. Winner of the Building Excellence Award

   The Building Excellence Awards are given in recognition of excellence and quality workmanship by construction professionals for projects that have been completed within the last 12 months. 2015 saw winners being chosen from projects nominated by building control surveyors across the West Yorkshire region.

   The Building Excellence Award is given only to those who achieve outstanding quality in their construction work, particularly in relation to the building control process.

   This prestigious award was handed to Darren Brooke Homes for 2015 for the outstanding work carried out on the Boathouse Lane project.

    

   

2. Winner of the NHBC Pride in the Job Award

   Regional champion for building exceptional West Yorkshire homes

   Following another successful year for Darren Brooke Homes, the Boathouse Lane development has won the NHBC pride in the job award 2014 for the North East region.

   Exceptional site manager Darren Brooke has staked a claim to become one of the best house-builders in the UK, having been named as a North East regional champion in NHBC’s 34th annual Pride in the Job Awards.

   Selected from around 15,000 site managers across the country, Darren Brooke Homes was one of four recognised at a ceremony held at York Racecourse, winning the Single Home Builder Category for their Boathouse Lane site in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.
